Registration Information:
All money amounts are in U.S. dollars. Tournament dates are
July 2-5, 2010. To enter the tournament, you must include a
check or money order in the amount of $2,000 with this form.
There are optional jackpots. Your team is eligible to win only
for the jackpot in which you are entered. All winnings are
disbursed the day following the awards banquet. Make checks
payable to Bonnier Corporation.

Payments by Mail:
Personal checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and payable
in U.S. currency. All money orders and cashier's checks must
also be in U.S. dollars. Payments by mail must be received by
June 25, 2010.

Payments On-Site:
Acceptable forms of payment are money orders, cashier's checks,
or traveler's checks denominated In U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S.
bank or cash in U.S. or Bermuda dollars. On-site payments will be
accepted at the final registration kickoff party July 2, 2010. No
personal checks can be accepted on-site.
